A cosy atmosphere combines old-fashioned elegance with refined food and service. Separate dining rooms and function rooms provide seating for up to 180. Local specialties (morel mushrooms, crayfish, lake and pond fish, the famous Bress poultry…) and home-made delights (Pérouges flat cake, the famous “galette pérougienne”, reviving Ypocras wine from the Middle Ages) are served in period costume. Free wifi.

Open daily for lunch and dinner.
