Since 1912... 5 generations succeed to Marie-Louise THIBAUT who restore the hostellerie et create for example the famous galette. During 100 years the Hostellerie started by a little cafe to the restaurant with its 18 rooms in 3 different houses. Many moovies have been shooted and a lot of famous personalities have stayed and today we do the best to keep traditions of hospitality and gastronomy .
