Since 1912, the Thibaut family has been keeping alive a centuries-old sweet tradition at the Hostellerie du Vieux Pérouges. It was here that the Pérouges galette was born, scented with lemon orange butter and sugar, both crispy and soft at the same time. Each bite tells the story of the medieval village and the craftsmanship passed down through generations.
